Wild water for whisky

Watersymbol-Black.png

Enjoying water with whisky has been part of Scottish heritage since the invention of the drink itself. Too often though, harder mineral or tap waters are added which can easily spoil this subtle and complex drink. As whisky drinkers, we wanted to find the purest, softest water untainted by minerals and this led us to the Isle of Lewis. Hard to get to, but worth the effort.

A natural chemistry

Watersymbol-Black.png

Natural chemistry. Water and whisky complementing one another in the perfect partnership.

When our wild Scottish water is mixed with whisky there is pure harmony. An alchemy of sorts. Two unique liquids combining to improve and aid the enjoyment of whisky. But whilst some waters dilute or mask the flavour, Larkfire penetrates the heart of the whisky to unlock its hidden complexities.

“By adding Larkfire to your whisky, we believe that you can discover a new depth in your whisky and enhance your enjoyment of it while retaining its integrity. ”
